Anouk is an energetic, all-round entrepreneur, trusted DialogueMaker, and seasoned business and executive coach for top women in startups, corporates, government, and nonprofits.
She builds on a longyear career in sales, marketing, and communication in international high-tech Multinationals. Specializing in guiding strategic and extensive transformation and culture change programs at board level, for governments and startups. She’s an experienced crisis manager AND founder of the Amsterdam Capital Week. Anouk was awarded as one of the 50 Startup FutureMakers in the Netherlands.

Patricia intimately understands the challenges, ambitions, and potential of female leaders up and around C and board levels. Over the last decade, she has been, with her ruthless compassion, a trusted advisor, business, executive coach, and a DialogueMaker for senior businesswomen on all continents. Curating and facilitating high-touch Personal Boards and expeditions for female leaders and entrepreneurs.
Patricia is an all-around, seasoned business leader specializing in board and multilevel change programs for multinationals like Tempo-Team, ING Bank, Coca-Cola, Transavia Airline, and Kelly Services (Fortune 500). Her corporate career as a senior leader spans over 25+ years.
